股東週年大會通過二零二年年報、年度財務報表及合併財務報表，並通過諮詢表決批准了《2022 年薪酬報告》。董事會成員及集團管理層獲豁免。此外，股東週年大會通過多數投票通過分配 2022 年累計盈利及派發每股 2.00 瑞士法郎的股息。關於 2023 年至 2024 年股東週年大會之間向董事會成員支付總薪酬的建議獲得批准，與 2024 財政年度集團管理層的總薪酬獲得批准。
