The Board of Directors of the Elma Group has appointed Frederic S. Müller, currently Group CFO of Wandfluh Group with headquarters in Frutigen Switzerland, as the new CFO of the Elma Group. He will start on June 1, 2025. Frederic S. Müller will succeed Edwin Wild who will be taking his well-deserved retirement after 16 successful years at Elma.
Frederic S. Müller (44 years old, Swiss national) brings extensive experience in global financial transformation, ERP optimization and strategic leadership. He completed his Master's degree in Accounting & Finance at the University of St. Gallen (HSG). He has been Group CFO at Wandfluh Group since 2020, before he held various management roles within the ABB Group. The Board of Directors is convinced that Frederic S. Müller is an excellent fit for Elma on a personal and professional level and that he will support the CEO in the implementation of the Elma Group’s growth strategy.
The Board of Directors and Group Management thank the outgoing CFO Edwin Wild for his very loyal and long-standing commitment.
