Annual General Meeting 2024
The Annual General Meeting of Elma Electronic AG took place on Thursday, April 18, 2024, 16.00 hrs. in the Hotel Swiss Star, Business Center, Grubenstrasse 5, 8620 Wetzikon, Switzerland.
The shareholders have the option to submit their proxy and voting instructions to the independent proxy, either in writing or electronically via the online platform of sharecomm ag (shareholder’s register). Details regarding the proxy and voting instructions will be explained in the invitation to the 2024 Annual General Meeting.
