Requirements

Provide a chassis level solution for use in this wafer processing equipment while reducing overall costs and improving equipment serviceability and reliability.

Solution

Supplied fully integrated and tested turnkey systems to the customer. The chassis is shipped as a sub-assembly under a single part number ready for installation. Provide fully documented configruation management including consideration for EOL components, costs, and ew technology insertions. Perform complete verification, validation and qualification testing along with all supporting documentation. Testing at Elma Electronic include a 96 hour run-in with pre- and postfunctional verification to ensure plug and play installation at the customer’s facility.
