MEDIA ADVISORY: Multiple Live Interoperability Demos Supporting MOSA Open Architectures

October 4, 2023

WHAT:

Demo: Accelerated integration of vetronics system using SOSA aligned AI/ML computing and MORA software defined radio (SDR) to identify threats on the field and feed them to a command center for mission systems control. Iin conjunction with Sciens Innovation and multiple industry partners
Enhanced demo featuring unified voice management in partner booth – by appointment only, contact Elma to schedule a viewing time

Demo: Power of AI (NVIDIA) in rugged embedded computing using the SOSA architecture to perform very fast processing of streaming video and deep learning through intelligent object detection & recognition. With partners EIZO Rugged Solutions and Concurrent Technologies

Demo: EW/SIGINT demo running RF detection software in a CMOSS Form Factor (CMFF) rugged chassis with SOSA aligned plug-in cards & SAVE mounting tray

Technologies: SOSA aligned ATR-3600, a rugged, six-slot short 1/2 ATR that accepts 3U plug-in cards (PICs) and a VITA 62 power supply, designed for deployable applications and updates on small form factor (SFF) technologies

WHO:          Elma Electronic

WHEN:      October 9-11, 2023

WHERE:     AUSA2023 Booth#1566 (Elma Electronic), Walter E.Washington Convention Center, 801 Mt Vernon Pl NW, Washington DC 20001

WHY:          As open standards support accelerates through industry adoption, the process of updating adaptable and scalable common compute elements for the warfighter —more specifically, support for avionic and vetronic EW, SIGINT, and C5ISR systems —is even more streamlined.

Showing tangible implementations of interoperable systems further encourages development and provides real-world examples of how companies can work together to build reliable, functioning, open standards-based systems.

HOW:        Call Valerie Andrew to book an appointment time or stop by Booth #1566 during show hours.
