Elma Electronic Ltd established as a sole proprietorship in Moenchaltorf, Switzerland

1965

Formation of the subsidiary Elma Electronic AG, Munich, Germany

1970

Relocation from Moenchaltorf to Wetzikon, Switzerland

1974

100 % subsidiary of the Sulzer Group

1985

Formation of the subsidiary Elma Electronic Inc., Fremont, USA

1990

Formation of Elma Bustronic Corp., Fremont, USA

1996

Spin-off from the Sulzer Group and IPO SIX Swiss Stock Exchange Zurich (ELMN)

2000

Formation of three subsidiaries in France, Israel and UK.
